Thahseen Faizel aka Tazin Faiz is a popular name in the OPOS circles especially for non-veg dishes. An engineer by qualification, her passion lies in cooking. OPOS methodology substituted her traditional way of cooking and converted her kitchen, quite literally to a non-vegetarian laboratory. A short stay of a few years in a multi cuisine hot-pot like Dubai exposed her to diverse cuisines, ingredients and dishes which she happily converts into OPOS, to the thrill of her fans who swear her painstakingly created recipes always work.

The overwhelmingly positive vibes showered on her by the OPOS groups and anyone she cooks for has encouraged her to formulate the recipes and pen this Cookbook.
